Orders & Shipping

All orders ship from the Cori Dantini studio in Pullman, WA.  Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, but we do try to get orders out sooner rather than later (but later sometimes does happen, but rarely).

Once your order has been placed you will recieve a confirmation of order email with a tracking number.  Depending on your order some things will ship separately, and you may recieve multiple tacking numbers. Please allow up to two days from dispatch for your tracking number to activate, and this can sometimes take up to 7 days.

We make every effort to deliver our goods within the estimated time stated above; however sometimes things can go wrong due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales... but we will always be trying our best to meet them. If you find that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item/items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.  Please include a copy of your reciept. We will issue a full refund on receipt minus the 25% restocking fee upon it's return.
